Pansy Flannery, age 77 of Ripley, Ohio died Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. Mrs. Flannery was retired from the US Shoe Corporation after twenty-four years of employment and then worked for four years at the Keep Fit Corporation. She was born on December 18, 1930 in Maysville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Homer and Hattie (Davis) Jolley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Louis Clinton Flannery in 2001, three sisters - Corbin Hamm, Ellen and Noreen Jolley and two brothers - Elmer Dee and James H. Jolley.
Mrs. Flannery is survived by six sons - Ron Flannery, Edward Flannery, Ricky Flannery, Tim Flannery and Scotty Flannery all of Ripley, Ohio and Clinton Flannery of Hamersville, Ohio; one daughter - Karen Phillips of Mason Ohio; thirteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one brother - Marion Jolley of Ripley, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Monday, March 10, 2008 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Jaime Wirth will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Monday. Interment will be in the Red Oak Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to the Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Boulevard, Mt.
