Patrick Joseph Helfenstine, age 55 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. He was born on November 19, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Paul Wesley and Cordie (McQueary) Helfenstine. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Paul Helfenstine and one sister, Patty Helfenstine.
Mr. Helfenstine is survived by two sisters - Alma Jean Rack of Georgetown, Ohio and Joyce Scaletta of Omaha, Nebraska and three brothers - Rudy and Melvin Helfenstine, both of Georgetown, Ohio and Jerry Helfenstine of Batavia, Ohio.
There will be no services. The Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
