Pauline Jean (Truitt) Scaggs

Pauline Jean Scaggs, age 86 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, August 8, 2019 at her residence. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Scaggs was born February 21, 1933 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of the late William Isaac and Ethel Mae (Adams) Truitt. She was also preceded in death by her husband – Ivan Scaggs in 2001, one son – Ronald Scaggs, two grandchildren – Tammy Scaggs and Elizabeth Shelton, one great grandchild – Darren Shelton, three brothers and ten sisters.

Mrs. Scaggs is survived by one daughter – Ethel Schumacher and husband Lester of Georgetown, Ohio; one son – Donald Gene Scaggs of Georgetown, Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother – Robert Truitt of Cincinnati, Ohio and two sisters – Deloris York of Mason, Ohio and Janice Souder of Felicity, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Jason Galley will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
