Ralph C. Van Harlingen, age 87 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Meadowwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He retired from CG&E after twenty years of service and from the Village of Georgetown after ten years of service. Ralph was also a farmer, a United States WW II Army Veteran, where he fought in the Battle of Normandy, was a member of the Carey Bavis American Legion Post #180 in Georgetown, Ohio and a member of the VFW.
