Randy Reid

Randy Reid, age 75 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township, Ohio. He was born March 21, 1951 in Mariemont, Ohio the son of the late Lester Brooks and Marguerite Marie (Lucas) Reid. Randy was a former machinist and landscaper who took pride in his hard work and dedication. He enjoyed spending time fishing, following NASCAR and above all, being with his family. One of his greatest joys was looking forward to the arrival of his first grandchild, a milestone he eagerly anticipated with love and excitement. Besides his parents, Randy was preceded in death by one brother – Rodney Brooks Reid.

Mr. Reid is survived by his wife of 26 years – Jill (Hounshell) Reid whom he married December 8, 1999; one daughter – Paige Blumensheid and husband Trevor of Utica, Ohio; one sister – Rhoda Knauff and husband Bob of Largo, Florida and one sister-in-law – Barbara Reid of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Scott Hennig will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
