Raymond Morgan Bunton

Ray M. Bunton, age 79 of Georgetown, Ohio died Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the Georgetown Villa Nursing and Rehabilitation in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired United States Korean and VietNam Air Force veteran and a retired transportation superintendent for the University of Cincinnati. Ray was born November 15, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of the late Vernon and Marie (Morgan) Bunton.
Mr. Bunton is survived by his wife - JoAnn (Gregory) Bunton; four children - Debra Martin of Atlanta, Georgia; Gary Bunton of Hatsfield, Missouri and Mike and Larry Bunton both of Charlotte, North Carolina; four step-children - Rick Melvin of Mt. Orab, Ohio; Robin Sipe and Rhonda Mullins both of Bethel, Ohio and Rachelle Baucum of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers - William and Charles Bunton, both of Bethel, Ohio and Donald Bunton of Amelia, Ohio and two sisters - Joyce Neal of Mt. Orab, Ohio and JoAnn Weaver of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, March 23, 2009 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 P.M. on Monday at the funeral home. Cremation will follow the services. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson Foundation, 151 West Galbraith Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45216.
