Raymond R. Curfman

Raymond R. Curfman, age 93, of New Richmond, Ohio died Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a carpenter, a member of the Highway 32 Church of Christ in Williamsburg, Ohio and was a United States Navy World War II veteran. Mr. Curfman was born July 31, 1926 in Parkersburg, West Virginia the son of the late Samuel Roscoe and Faitha (Johnston) Curfman. He was also preceded in death by his wife - Betty Jane (Sprouse) Curfman whom he married August 18, 1946.

Mr. Curfman is survived by four children – Carol Basham and husband Howard of Moscow, Ohio, Connie Daniel of Amelia, Ohio, Nancy Martin and husband Kirt of Lubbock, Texas and Marc Curfman and wife Susan of New Richmond, Ohio; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and one brother – Fred Curfman of Tacoma, Washington.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 9, 2019 at the Chapel at Graceland Memorial Gardens, 5989 Deerfield Road, Milford, Ohio 45150. There will be no visitation. Interment will be in the Graceland Memorial Gardens.
