Raymond David Shaffer, age 93 of Euclid, Ohio died Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a retired inspector for the Republic Steel Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio and a United States WWII Army veteran.
