Rebecca Carol (Simpson) Watson, age 56 of Russellville, Ohio died Monday, December 24, 2012 at the Hospice of Cincinnati East in Anderson Township, Ohio. She was a case reviewer for the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services and a member of the Bethel Church of the Nazarene in Bethel, Ohio. Rebecca was born February 3, 1956 in Mason County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Foster "Bib" and Bertha Olive (Mineer) Simpson.
