Richard Lee Cooper

Richard Lee Cooper, age 96 of Springfield, Ohio, died Friday, September 7, 2007 at the Heartland of Springfield Retirement Home in Springfield, Ohio. He was a retired truck driver for Standard Oil. Mr. Cooper was born on August 6, 1911 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late J. Lee and Lulu (Lawrie) Cooper. He was also preceded in death by his wife Phyllis (Voyzey) Cooper in 2005; one brother - Hammond Cooper and one sister - Margaret Brown.
Mr.Cooper is survived by his daughter, Barbara Davis and husband Ronald of Springfield, Ohio; one granddaughter, Mary Beth Montgomery and husband Roger of Springfield, Ohio; one grandson, Matthew Davis and wife Marly of Lancaster, Ohio; four great-granddaughters, Brittany, Mandy, Megan and Molly Davis and one nephew, Keith Brown and wife Helen of Florida.
Private graveside service will be on Monday, September 10, 2007 in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Cahall Funeral Home of Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family.
