Robert Wendell Bruist, age 70 of Georgetown, Ohio died Wednesday September 29, 2010 at the Meadowwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Georgetown, Ohio. He was a factory worker for American Laundry. Robert was born on July 23, 1940 in Brown County, Ohio the son of the late Robert and Flora (Stacey) Bruist. He was also preceded in death by one sister - Nancy Thomas.
Robert is survived by two sons - Robert Glenn Bruist of Batavia, Ohio and Jireh Bruist of Lexington, Kentucky and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Fred Thomas will officiate. Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Shinkles Ridge Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Hope, 215 Hughes Boulevard, Mt. Orab, Ohio 45154.
