Robert "Bob" Oren Wilson

Robert Oren (Bob) Wilson, age 75 of Mt. Orab, Ohio went to be with our Lord Tuesday, October 20, 2015. Bob passed peacefully at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman, Ohio.  He was retired from General Motors in Norwood, Ohio, HD Supply Water Works in Batavia, Ohio, the Walmart Distribution Center in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, a United States Air Force Vietnam War Veteran and a member of the Russellville Masonic Lodge F&AM #274.  Bob was born May 1, 1940 in Knoxville, Tennessee the son of the late William Howard and Winona (Wilkins) Wilson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife of 48 years - Joan Wilson (Davis) in 2010; one brother - Ronald J. Wilson in 2012 and one grandchild.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife of five years, Nella (McKinzie) Wilson, whom he married on October 10, 2010; two sons - Rob Wilson and wife Cindy of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Alan Wilson of Cape Coral, Florida; three step-daughters – Bonita Adams and husband Stan and Sandra Hodge and husband Ron all of Sardinia, Ohio and Kathy McKinzie  and Connie of Williamsburg, Ohio; one step-son – Sam McKinzie and wife Tiffany of Mowrystown, Ohio; four grandchildren; eleven step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; one brother – Russell Wilson of Williamsburg, Ohio and two sisters – Pam Reese of Houston, Texas and Brenda Bessinger of Satellite Beach, Florida.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday, October 23, 2015 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio.  Pastor Dave Hopkins of the Peebles Church of Christ in Christian Union will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery in Peebles, Ohio with military services by the Adams County Honor Guard.
