Roger "Red" Foster Swearingen, age 59 of Huber Heights, Ohio formerly of Ripley, Ohio, died Friday, March 6, 2009 at the Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio. He was a tool and die maker for Gem City Engineering in Dayton, Ohio, a United States Vietnam Air Force veteran, a member of the Masonic F&AM Lodge #49 in Xenia, Ohio and a member and past president of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Huber Heights, Ohio. Roger was born on November 3, 1949 in Ripley, Ohio the son of the late Harold and Helen (Smith) Swearingen. Besides he parents is was preceded in death by one brother- Charles Swearingen.
