Ronald "Mac" L. Mcdavid

Ronald Lee “Mac” McDavid, age 72 of Hamersville, Ohio died Sunday, July 10, 2016 at the Mt.Orab Medical Center in Mt.Orab, Ohio. He was a retired machinist for Siemens. Mac was born February 20, 1944 in Hamersville, Ohio the son of the late George and Esta (Jarvis) McDavid. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife –Cindy (Patten) McDavid, one brother – John McDavid and one sister-in-law – Tammy Patten.

Mr. McDavid is survived by one daughter – Nicole Teegarden and husband Shane of Mt.Orab, Ohio; two grandsons – Gabriel and Logan Teegarden; three sisters – Carol King and husband Truman of Hamersville, Ohio, Mary Loomis of Cornelius, North Carolina and Phyllis Miller and husband Don of Cincinnati, Ohio; mother-in-law – Betty Patten of Mt.Orab, Ohio; four brothers and sisters-in-law – Jason Patten and wife Angie of Hamersville, Ohio, Marlene Jordan and husband Mike of Sardinia, Ohio, Denise Hawks and husband Ashley of Mt.Orab, Ohio and Sherry Reid and husband Larry of Hamersville, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church near Hamersville, Ohio. Mike Starkey will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. Thursday at the church.
