Russell Hugh Kelch, age 80 of Sardinia, Ohio died Monday, August 12, 2013 at his residence. He was a factory worker and a freight handler for Air Bourne Express, a member of the Macon Church of Christ in Macon, Ohio and the George A. Lambert American Legion Post # 180 of Sardinia, Ohio and a United States Korean War Army Veteran.
