Ruth Louise (Newman) Cahall

Ruth Louise Cahall, 82 of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Macclenny Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Macclenny, Florida.  She was a bookkeeper and a member of Mt. Washington Presbyterian Church.  Mrs. Cahall was born March 31, 1940 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of the late Roy Lee and Lola Rae (Schweickart) Newman.  She was also preceded in death by her husband – Lawrence Edward Cahall; one sister – Wanda Schwallie; two brothers – James and Ralph Newman.

Mrs. Cahall is survived by two children – Paul Cahall (Melinda) of Georgetown, Ohio and Amanda Lewis (Danny) of Baldwin, Florida; four grandchildren – Ryan Cahall (Sara) of Milford, Ohio, Tyler Dopp (Samantha) of Lexington, Kentucky, Malynn Dopp of Green Cove Springs, Florida and Blaine Dopp of Baldwin, Florida; two great-grandchildren – Jackson Dopp and Elaura Cook; one sister – Gladys Liming of Georgetown, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio.  Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 Tuesday.  Interment will follow the funeral service in Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown.
