Scottie Ray Marshall

Scottie Ray Marshall, 72 of Ripley, Ohio passed away Monday, July 20, 2026 at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He worked in powder coating for Ripley Metal Works for twenty plus years. Scottie was born July 22, 1953 in Higginsport, Ohio the son of the late John Henry and Eva Louise (Beckley) Marshall. He was also preceded in death by two sisters – Carolyn Marshall and Sarah Lenior; a brother – John Henry Marshall, Jr.; two grandsons – Ravye Williams and Kashawn Alexander.

Scottie is survived by his loving wife – Donna Marshall; four children – Desi Marshall of Hamersville, Ohio, Nichole Marshall of Ripley, Ohio, Elizabeth McGill (Kevin) of Ripley, Ohio and Scott Marshall (April) of Georgetown, Ohio; eleven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one brother – Charlie Marshall of Georgetown, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday. Interment will follow the funeral service in Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley.
