Summer Charisa Jordan, age 37 of Fayetteville, Ohio died Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Clinton County Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio. She was born November 9, 1978 in Wilmington, Ohio the daughter of John C. Jordan and Susan M. (Carlier) Combs.
Miss Jordan is survived by her father – John C. Jordan and wife Linda of Milan, Michigan; her mother – Susan Combs and husband Dusty of Fayetteville, Ohio; one brother – Shane Jordan of Fayetteville, Ohio; two sisters – Patricia Blackburn and husband Shawn of Felicity, Ohio and Heather Combs of Fayetteville, Ohio; one nephew – Isaiah; one niece – Moriah and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday, March 11, 2016 at the St. Patrick Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ohio. There will be no visitation. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
