Tamberly Kay Jacobs, age 44 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Friday, July 3, 2009 at Meadowwood Nursing Home in Georgetown. She was born on October 8, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Mary Rachey (Brockman) Crawford of Georgetown, Ohio and the late Windell Alford Crawford.
In addition to her mother, Tamberly is survived by two children - Tara Renee Chambers and Rachel Nichole Chambers, both of Mt. Orab, Ohio; two brothers - William David Crawford and wife Vicki of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Timothy D. Crawford of Georgetown, Ohio; one sister - Virginia R. Crawford of Georgetown, Ohio; four nieces, two nephews,and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio is serving the family. Condolences may be sent to the family by clicking on the link above.
