Blanche M. "Tilly" Fowler, age 58 of Ripley, Ohio, died Thursday, June 4, 2009 at her residence. She was born on March 26, 1951 in Ripley, Ohio the daughter of Helen (Shields) Highfield and the late Eugene Purcell. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Rhoda Marie and one sister, Audrey Boone.
Ms. Fowler is survived by her mother and stepfather, Helen and Leonard Highfield of Ripley; her common law husband, Ray Martinez; three daughters - Penny Faith Martin of Monroe, Michigan, Zorita Lynn Davis of Texas and Angie Love of Higginsport, Ohio; two sons - Cheyenne Ray Fowler of Georgetown, Ohio and Clinton Shane Fowler of Akron, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild; three sisters - Patsy Bradford, Tiny Hall and Charlene Ralston, all of Ripley; two brothers - Angelo Highfield of Aberdeen, Ohio and Vincent Highfield of Maysville, KY..
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Sunday, June 7, 2009 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Rev. Clark Castle will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:30 on Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Red Oak Cemetery near Ripley, Ohio.
