Timothy Lee Smith

Timothy Lee Smith, age 55 of Williamsburg, Ohio died Sunday, March 20, 2016 at his residence. He was a machinist for the Formica Corporation. Timothy was born June 9, 1960 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Herman Lee and Lorene (Sowder) Smith. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter – Tracey Nicole Smith and one niece – Amy Dunham.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife – Jackie (Jump) Smith; one step daughter – Sarah Cozad and husband Fred of Berwick, Iowa; two granddaughters – Destiny Nelson of Springdale, Ohio and Karina Carter of Berwick, Iowa; three grandsons – Gavin Harper, Darian Smith and Jaron Harper all of Columbus, Ohio; two sisters – Rae Scott and husband Tim of Butler, Kentucky and Martha Raidt and husband Freddie of Goshen, Ohio; two nieces – Danielle Hamilton of Erlanger, Kentucky and Larissa Scott of Highland Heights, Kentucky; one great nephew – Zeke Minch of Erlanger, Kentucky and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Ken Rivera and Brad Whiteford will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
