Tina Ellen Shipman

Tina Ellen Shipman, age 85 of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Georgetown, Ohio died Friday, April 15, 2005 at the Maderia Health Care Center in Maderia, Ohio. She was retired from the Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati as an admitting clerk. Mrs. Shipman was born on April 3, 1920 in Brown County, Ohio the daughter of the late Horace Grant and Margaret (Fetters) Carrington. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John William Shipman, one sister, Fern Davidson and one brother, Richard Carrington.

Mrs. Shipman is survived by one son - Roger W. Shipman and wife Paulette of Cincinnati, Ohio; three grandchildren - Robyn Rapp of Cincinnati, Ohio, Rhyan W. Shipman of New York, New York and Regan Shipman of Wakecross, Georgia; two great grandchildren - McKenzie and Marshall Rapp; one sister - Faye Piekarski of Del Rio, Texas and one brother - Edward Carrington of Sardinia, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 20, 2005 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Dr. Lance Cunningham will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Wednesday. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery.  If desired, memorials may be made to the Tri-State Parkinson's Wellness Chapter, 165 W. Galbraith Road, Suite B, Cincinnati, Ohio 45216.
