Todd Bayne Cahall

Todd Bayne Cahall, 64 of Ripley, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Anderson Mercy Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born September 19, 1961 in Georgetown, Ohio the son of the late Bayne and Jane (Vanlandingham) Cahall. Todd dedicated 36 years of service as a miner at Carmeuse Lime and Stone in Maysville, Kentucky. He was a devoted member of the Brown County Junior Fair Board for 15 years and served as a 4-H advisor for the Ripley Dayhill Dirtkickers for more than 30 years, mentoring and encouraging countless young people. Todd also served for several years on the Mine Rescue Team at Carmeuse Lime and Stone and was a proud member of the Ripley Fire Department for 18 years, reflecting his lifelong commitment to serving his community. Besides his parents, Todd was preceded in death by one son – Todd Bayne Cahall II and one grandson – Kaden Elijah Cahall.

Todd is survived by his loving wife of nearly 45 years – Crystal Cahall; three sons – Josh Cahall (Stormi) of Raceland, Kentucky, Jarad Cahall (Angel) of Mount Gilead, Ohio and Tristen Cahall (Hannah) of Albany, Ohio; nine grandchildren – Carter, Kinlee, Leo, Gretta, Julia, Liam, Mya, Cooper and Alexis; one sister – Tina Haitz (Mark) of Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 23, 2026 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. David Benjamin will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley, Ohio.
