Tracy Machelle Thompson, age 43 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, October 4, 2014 near Higginsport, Ohio. She was born November 14, 1970 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana the daughter of Jesse Chasteen of Harlan, Kentucky and Phyllis (Huddleston) Murnan of Covington, Kentucky.
In addition to her parents, Tracy is survived by two daughters - Kelsey Marie Thompson of Bethel, Ohio and Jessie Rae Thompson of Ripley, Ohio; one grandson - Demond Wells and one brother - Casey Lee Chasteen of Covington, Kentucky.
There will be a visitation on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. There will be no funeral service. Cremation will follow the visitation.
