Victor Lloyd Seipelt, Sr., age 88 of Georgetown, Ohio, died Saturday, December 6, 2008 at The Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center near Ripley, Ohio. He worked at the Ohio Agricultural and Development Center near Ripley, Ohio for thirty years and retired from there in 1987. He was also a farmer and a member of the Ripley Church of Christ. Mr. Seipelt was born on May 7, 1920 in Ripley, Ohio, the son of the late William Albert and Parthena (Flaugher) Seiplet.
