Victoria Mae Kennard
February 23, 1983 — July 18, 2015
Victoria Mae Kennard, age 32 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 as a result of the flash flooding of Red Oak Creek near Ripley. The tragedy also claimed the lives of her unborn daughter Victoria Guadalupe Barrios, her seven year old son – Gabriel Manuel Barrios and her five year old daughter – Rosalinda Isabel Barrios. Victoria was a dedicated and loving mother who always put her children and family before anything else. Victoria was born February 23, 1983 in Georgetown, Ohio the daughter of the late Ralph and Linda Kennard.
Victoria is survived by her husband - Marco Antonio Barrios; two sons – Nicholas Alexander Kennard and Marco Antonio Barrios, Jr.; one sister – Betty Kennard of Ripley, Ohio; two brothers – Ralph Kennard and Christopher Kennard (Loretta) of Manchester, Ohio; niece – Teri Wright of Ripley and great niece – Mya Titus of Ripley.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Father Michael Comer and Father Michael Black will officiate. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday, at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery in Maysville, Kentucky.
