Virgel Jane Eagan

Virgel Jane Eagan, age 74 of Ripley, Ohio died Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Eastgatespring of Cincinnati. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Eagan was born October 25, 1941 in Campbell, Missouri the daughter of the late Benjamin and Lela Gladys (Davis) Weeks. She was also preceded in death by her husband – Charles Franklin Eagan in 2000; two sons – Ricky Eagan and Richard Dean Eagan; three brothers – Joe, Harold and Cecil Weeks and one sister-in-law – Myrtle Weeks Pitts.

Mrs. Eagan is survived by one son – Scotty Eagan and wife Jennifer of Ripley, Ohio; four grandchildren – Douglas Eagan and wife Sarah of Georgetown, Ohio, Tiffany Regenstein and husband Ryan of Ripley, Ohio, Jackson Eagan of Ripley, Ohio and Jeffrey Charles Eagan of Ripley, Ohio; three great grandchildren – Isabelle and Braxton Regenstein and Hayden Eagan; one daughter-in-law – Margaret Eagan of Georgetown, Ohio and two sisters-in-law – Mary Lou Weeks of Campbell, Missouri and Deloris Weeks of Bernie, Missouri.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. CDS time - 7:00 P.M. CDS time  Thursday, July 7, 2016 with funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. CDS time at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, Missouri.  Interment will be in the Woodland Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ripley Fire Department Association, 119 Waterworks Road, Ripley, Ohio 45167 or to the Rick Eagan Memorial Scholarship, in care of any 5/3 ^rd Bank.
