Willard Lee Miller, Jr. age 71 of Sardinia, Ohio died Friday, August 1, 2008 at the Brown County General Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio. Mr. Miller was a retired construction worker. He was born on July 16, 1937 in Newtonsville, Ohio the son of the late Willard Lee and Wilma (Dumford) Miller, Sr.. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Eloise (Sovine) Miller and two brothers, Melvin and Donald Miller.
