William M. Neeper, age 94 of Columbus, Ohio and formerly of Aberdeen, Ohio, died Monday, December 16, 2013 at his residence. He was a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the United States Marine Corp. and a WWII Veteran. He was also a member of the Aberdeen United Methodist Church and former Master of the Aberdeen Masonic Lodge.
