William Gene Paul, age 75 of Decatur, Ohio died Thursday, July 25, 2013 at his residence. He was a manager for Cincinnati Milling Machine Company, former member of the Brown County Hospital Board and the Brown County Hospital Foundation, member of the Byrd Township School Preservation Committee, Brown County Institute for the Enhancement of Education and Russellville Masonic Lodge F&AM #166, 42nd degree.
