William Kenneth “Ken” Striblen, age 77 of Martinsville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at his residence. Ken was born March 22, 1948 in Maysville, Kentucky the son of the late Bill and Anna Mae (Whalen) Striblen.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, having served during the Vietnam War. His commitment to his country was a defining aspect of his life, instilling in him a strong sense of duty and resilience. In his professional life, Ken thrived as a self-employed contractor, where his work ethic and dedication were evident in each project he undertook. He possessed a keen eye for detail and a craftsmanship that earned him the respect and admiration of both clients and colleagues. Ken's passion for construction was matched only by his love for the great outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, Ken found solace in nature and spent countless hours pursuing his favorite pastime - deer hunting. This passion not only provided him with cherished memories but also cemented bonds with fellow hunters and friends who shared his enthusiasm for the wilderness. Ken will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his work, his love for his country, and his adventurous spirit. He leaves behind a legacy marked by service, craftsmanship, and a deep appreciation for nature. His contributions and zest for life will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mr. Striblen is survived by his loving wife of six years – Alice (Sloucum) Striblen whom he married on April 8, 2019; four children – Andrea Striblen of Batavia, Ohio, William Kenneth Striblen, Jr. and wife Lisa of Prospect, Ohio, Cassie Striblen of West Chester, Pennsylvania and William Keith Striblen of Cincinnati, Ohio; six grandchildren and one sister – Lois Peterson of Florence, Kentucky.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt.Orab, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
