Elaine and family, We extend our deep sympathy to all of you. Floyd was inspiration to us in the Lions Club. He set an excellent example of what a good Lion is. His legacy will be carried on for many years to come. We became good friends and had many enjoyable times together. Besides he could tell the best jokes. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Dear Lion Elaine and Family,

I want to extend my deepest condolences and sympathy. PID Floyd will be missed greatly by myself and all the Lions of Ohio and beyond.

Lion Floyd was an amazing man and outstanding leader for the International Association of Lions Clubs and his service to the board was unparalleled. But even though he had served on the International board he was still just Lion Floyd interested in serving the community in any way he could and fostering the future leadership of Lions here in Ohio.
Since I Joined Lions Club Lion Floyd always was available to offer advice and guidance to me as I advanced up the Chairs to be District Governor. His legacy lives on in those of us he mentored and Inspired to be leaders in Lions Clubs.

With Love in Lionism,
IPDG Micheal Gibbs
