Obituary

Pastor John Lee Neal, age 70 of Williamsburg, Ohio died Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Hospice of Southwest Ohio in Madeira, Ohio. He was a pastor at the Bethel Shiloh Church of God for 35 years.  John was born May 22, 1950 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of the late Daniel Lee and Imogene (Potts) Neal. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons – Dustin Edward Neal in 1990 and John David Neal in 2012.

Pastor Neal is survived by his wife – Linda Lee (Smith) Neal; four children – Tracee Campbell and husband Ernie of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Daniel Neal of Hamersville, Ohio, Penni Hoevel of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Frank Neal and wife Stephanie of Amelia, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and one sister – Norma Jean Neal of Stearns, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Bethel Shiloh Church of God, 2771 Oakland Locust Ridge Road, Bethel, Ohio 45106. Pastor Earnest Campbell, Jr. will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the church. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family. During the visitation and funeral service social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are required.
