Shirley Ann (Lowe) Sims

Shirley Ann Sims, age 69 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Anderson Township, Ohio. She was a caregiver for the elderly and a homemaker. Mrs. Sims was born May 24, 1947 in Harlan, Kentucky the daughter of the late Jesse L. and Ella Mae (Fox) Lowe. She was also preceded in death by one sister – Linda Riddle and one brother – Renus Lowe.
Mrs. Sims is survived by her loving husband of fifty-three years – Darold Sims; one son – James D. Sims and wife Christina of Ripley, Ohio; two granddaughters – Jessica and Jordan Sims, both of Ripley; one sister – Jean Evans of Wooster, Ohio and one brother – Frank Lowe of Nevada.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Courts-Fussnecker American Legion Post 367 in Ripley, Ohio.
