Ronald Eugene Lang, Sr.

Ronald Eugene Lang, Sr., age 73 of Mt. Orab, Ohio died Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Anderson Mercy Hospital in Anderson Township, Ohio. He was retired from the Ford Motor Company, a member of the UAW #863, Hamer Lodge #228 F&AM in Owensville, a 32nd degree member of the AASR Valley of Cincinnati and a United States Army veteran. Ronald was born January 6, 1943 in Portsmouth, Ohio the son of the late Richard and Emma Laura (Smith) Lang. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers; two sisters and one great grandchild.

Mr. Lang is survived by his wife of 56 years – Kathryn (Bowman) Lang; seven children – Ronald E. Lang, Jr., Jeff Lang, Sr., Greg Lang and wife Darlene, Melanie Lang, Christopher Lang and wife Pam all of Mt. Orab, Ohio, Scott Lang and wife Misty of Mason, Ohio and Jason Lang and wife Kristin of Mt. Orab, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren – Stacy Meyers and husband Mike, Floyd Jeffrey Lang, Jr. and wife Mande, Gregory Todd Lang and wife Kristen, Brandy Hodges and husband Chris, Eric James Lang, Kayla Christine Henry, Christopher Connor Lang, Hayley Ann Lang, Tyler Scott Lang, Hallee Fayth Lang, Evan Michael Lang, Whitli Kaytlynn Lang, Judd Austin Lang; eleven great grandchildren – Samantha Michael Meyers, Savannah Marie Meyers, Sabrina Shayne Meyers, Camden Todd Lang, Karson Keith Lang, Nathan Isaac Hodges, Brianna Marie Hodges, Brooklyn Nicole Lang, Baileigh Lynn Lang, Ashton Jeffrey Lang and Blakely Grace Lang along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio. Tony Cox will officiate. Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 21, 2016 at the funeral home. Scottish Rite and Masonic Services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Sunday, August 21, 2016. Interment will be in the Mt. Orab Cemetery in Mt. Orab, Ohio.
