Rosalinda Isabel Barrios

Rosalinda Isabel Barrios, age 5 of Ripley, Ohio, died Saturday, July 18, 2015 as a result of the flash flooding of Red Oak Creek near Ripley.  The tragedy also claimed the lives of her mother – Victoria Mae Kennard, her brother – Gabriel Manuel Barrios and her unborn sister – Victoria Guadalupe Barrios.  Rose would have been a Kindergarten student this year.  She loved her dance class and competing in pageants.  Rose was born January 15, 2010 in Cincinnati, Ohio the daughter of Marco Antonio Barrios and the late Victoria Mae Kennard.

Rose is survived by her father – Marco Antonio Barrios of Ripley; two brothers – Nicholas Alexander Kennard and Marco Antonio Barrios, Jr.; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Cahall Funeral Home in Ripley, Ohio.  Father Michael Comer and Father Michael Black will officiate.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.  Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery in Maysville, Kentucky.
