David Collins

David Wayne Collins, age 48 of Mt.Orab, Ohio died Sunday, May 17, 2015 at his residence. He worked in transportation and grounds for the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. David was born January 19, 1967 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Wanda (Gross) Collins of Cincinnati, Ohio and the late John Collins. Besides his father, he was preceded in by one son - Ryan Collins.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Collins is survived by his wife of nineteen years - Michelle (Braden) Collins; three children - Andrew Collins of New Richmond, Ohio, Tiffanie Carlson and husband Jeff of Russellville, Ohio and Matthew Collins of Cincinnati, Ohio; seven grandchildren - Isayah and Elijah Collins, Adrienne Dodson, Ryan and Lexi Collins and Xander and Riley Carlson; father and mother-in-law - Lee and Brenda Braden; one sister - Kelly Collins Hale and husband Terry of Cincinnati, Ohio; three sisters-in-law - Ginger Braden and Lee Ann Barker and husband Lonnie all of Bethel, Ohio and Kristi Braden of Rochester, New York and twelve nieces and nephews - Cody, Kelly, Yavon, Brittany, Allison, Kaiden, Spencer, Zack, Carson, Aiden, Lucas and Andi.

Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Bethel United Methodist Church, 402 W. Plane Street, Bethel, Ohio  45106. Steve Fultz will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the church.  The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab, Ohio is serving the family.
