Joy and I were saddened to learn of the death of Dwight. The village of Ripley and the world has lost the presence of a truly good man. Although we have been gone from the area for several years ,when I think of Dwight, I think of a warm friendly smile and a willingness to always help in any way he could and to offer advise that you could always depend on being good. I have no doubt that our good and gracious God has a special place for him as he has a special place in the memory of all who had the good fortune to know him. I have no doubt that Dickie and his children will carry on the tradition. We will remember him and the family in our prayers.

Being a Blackburn growing up in Ripley and attending church with Dwight and Donna and little daughter at that time, she was always ready to run down the aisle.......Dwight was a good friend to all and my brother Richard Blackburn thought the world of Dwight and brother Tom. So sorry to hear this. May you Rest In Peace Mr. Fulton........you have completed your purpose here on earth. In the store or on the street, whenever you ran into Dwight or Tom they were always smiling and kind and always seemed to have what you needed. The corporate giants will never replace that. Prayers to the family.
