George Washington Fornash, Jr.,  age 82 of Manchester, Ohio died Saturday, April 18, 2015 at the Hospice of Hope Ohio Valley Inpatient Center in Seaman, Ohio. He worked in sales, was a member of the Bible Baptist Church in West Union, Ohio and a United States Army Veteran. George was born November 16, 1932 in Norfolk, Virginia the son of the late George W. and Maggie P. (Hubbard) Fornash.

Mr. Fornash is survived by wife Christina E. (Simpson) Fornash; four children - Evelyn Smith of Milan, Indiana, Lucille Kluesener of Manchester, Indiana, Kenneth Ormes of Covington, Kentucky and David Ormes and wife Mary Jo of Mt. Carmel, Ohio; nine grandchildren - Shawna Helton of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Felicia Rinner and husband Mike of Cincinnati, Ohio, Joshua Helton and wife Tricia of Mt. Carmel, Ohio, Jonathan Helton and fiancée Tara of Cincinnati, Ohio, Angel Brown and husband Jeff of Milan, Indiana, Jason Ormes and wife Jessica of Hamersville, Ohio, Rebecca Hartman and husband Chuck of Goshen, Ohio, Michael Ormes of New Richmond, Ohio and Krissy Adams and husband Dan of Cincinnati, Ohio; seventeen great grandchildren; two brothers-in-law - Eugene Bowling and wife Marge of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Norman Bowling and wife Linda of Cleveland, Ohio and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the West Union Bible Baptist Church, 9840 State Route 41, West Union, Ohio. Pastor Tim Carter will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. Wednesday at the church. Interment will be in the West Union Cemetery in West Union, Ohio with military services by the Adams County Honor Guard. The Cahall Funeral Home in Mt.Orab is serving the family.
