Irvin was such a special and amazing individual!! He has overcome so many obstacles in his life and always had a smile, song and a tale to tell, he was loved by everyone who knew him!! One important thing to note (that was supposed to be included in his obituary) was his many Nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family whom he dearly loved!! Although there are too many to list to capture all - he had live in his heart for each one!!!! May he Rest In Peace and may all of his family find peace in knowing he is in heaven, no longer suffering and smiling down on us all!

So sorry to hear of my Uncle Irvin's passing, he will have many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews that will miss him even though many of us have grown apart over the years. He always had a little joke or secret to tell us or maybe give us a dime or nickel and tell us not to tell the other kids but everyone got one and was told not to tell. He was a funny man in so many ways.
My Mother loved Irvin dearly, she loved all her siblings but Irv always had a special place in her heart

That was beautifully written Anita and I couldn't agree more or have said it any better myself! Sending my love out to everyone in our family - especially the many Nieces and nephews that were loved by Irvin, during this time.
