I'm sorry to hear John passed. I remember him as a star basketball player in high school. He is with his parents and family members in Heaven now. I hope knowing this brings you peace.

To John's family and friends:

I grew up being friend, school mate and barnyard basketball player with John. We lived only a mile apart and rode the same school bus. But, as often happens in life, different paths caused us to have very little contact since the days of high school. As I reflect internally now I certainly wish that I had made the effort to have maintained contact and shared life's experiences with him. I hope that God will give you comfort during this time of grieving.

We are truly sorry to hear of John's passing. We were in the class of 1969 at Mt Orab together. And rode the same bus. We remember John's kindness and ready smile that would often turn easily into a laugh. We will miss seeing him at Kroger's and reminiscing and catching up. Our deepest sympathies to his family. We will miss him.
