I can remember as a child going to the old court house to visit Uncle Sam with my step father. When you came near his office you could smell the sweet aroma of his pipe tobacco burning. He was a great man and a respected LEO in the Brown County Co
Community. RIP Uncle Sam

Very fond memories of he and Joyce.

Thoughts and prayers to the family.

I still remember the summers that mom and dad took us to spend a week with you and yours on Lake Erie. Those were special times that stay with me. I also remember when we were neighbors on Evans Run Road and you and dad each spring looked to see who grew the first ripe tomato. I will always have good and fond memories of you and I still smile when I remember being around you.

I pray a calm and peaceful journey for you and that your loved ones know that you are in a good place where we all hope to one day be.

It's with great sadness that I learn of Sam's passing. Sam was such a wonderful person and great friend to me and I'll treasure the many times I spent talking and playing cards with him and all the laughter that we both shared. He devoted a lot of his life to serving the communities around in Brown County and we can all be thankful for his service. To his family, my thoughts and prayers to each of you and may God Bless you all. Goodbye Sam and thanks for all your encouragement and friendship.
