I am deeply saddened by Tom's passing. He was my mentor in my first assignment at EMC, and I will miss him.

I worked with Tom at SCH Technologies, Legato and EMC Technologies. I am very sad to hear the news of his passing. I considered Tom a friend and a mentor.
I will always remember his happy, booming laugh. It was infectious and when he got going you couldn't help but join in.
My condolences to everyone. I know the impact Tom had on everyone around him.

Tommy fought a courageous battle with his illness and manifested great grace and a tender heart through it all. We recall how Tommy was always tender in his spirit and kind toward all of us. We were blessed with his musical talent and his sense of humor.We also know how he had a high degree of intelligence and used it to raise a good family and do an exceptional job in his work.
We will always cherish the good days we shared with him and our entire youth group in our church for they were blessed and cherished days.
While we are sad our brother in the Lord Tommy suffered as he did we know he has departed to be with the Lord and will return with our Savior at his appearing and we shall all be reunited never to endure the sorrows of this world again for the Lord has promised us a new heaven and new earth where righteousness rules.
We shall never forget Tommy,

Tom was a great colleague, role model, mentor, and most importantly.....A GREAT FRIEND. Our hearts are saddened of a loss of a GREAT, caring, and kindful man. Heaven has gained a perfect angel. You will be missed my friend. May God bless and rest your soul. Be at peace and God Speed

So sorry for the loss of Tom. He fought so valiantly! I last saw him in the hospital in Cincinnati and he was so hopeful and positive. So thankful we had a chance to pray together. He was a good man and loved the Lord. I'm so glad that we will meet again.
