We came to know Vernon at the Veteran's Home. He was fun to talk to and so easy to like. He will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege to meet him. Prayers for your strength and healing from Charlie '' Airborne'' the Guard and Sis, Cathy

I've enjoyed getting to know Vern over the past 11 months at the "home". I loved listening to his stories from his days in the military. He also worked at the same place as my grandfather did (small world). He was a very special guy that my whole family is gonna miss seeing - his smile lit that place up!!
