Imelda "Millie" Rose (Herrmann) Kimball

Imelda “Millie” Rose Kimball, age 92 of Georgetown, Ohio died Monday, June 13, 2016 at the Ohio Valley Manor Nursing and Rehabilation Center near Ripley, Ohio. She was a nurse aid and a member of the St. George Catholic Church in Georgetown, Ohio. Millie was born May 12, 1924 in Ripley, Ohio the daughter of the late William and Flora (Hicks) Herrmann. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – George F. Kimball in 2012, one son – Robert A. Schmidt, Jr. in 2010, one daughter-in-law – Sue Schmidt and nine brothers and sisters – Emma Germann, Paul, Hattie, Donald and Tommy Herrmann, Martha Hebling, Ruth Dotson, Joann Knapp and Bobby Herrmann.

Mrs. Kimball is survived by two sons – John Schmidt and wife Terry and William “Bill” Schmidt and wife Debi all of Georgetown, Ohio; ten grandchildren – Samantha Liming and husband Brian of Georgetown, Ohio; Jackie Planck and husband Shawn of Georgetown, Ohio, Tim Schmidt and wife Susan of West Chester, Ohio, Michele Schmidt of Georgetown, Ohio, Thomas McRae of Georgetown, Ohio, Miranda Schmidt of Columbus, Ohio, Courtney Shannon and husband Chuck of Goshen, Ohio, Shawna Black and husband Doug of Sardinia, Ohio, Matt Beath and wife Sarah of Ash Ridge, Ohio and Dustin Beath and wife Brooke of Georgetown, Ohio; many great grandchildren; two brothers – Frank Herrmann and wife Kathy and David Herrmann and wife Juanita all of Cincinnati, Ohio and numerous  nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 16, 2016 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio. Rev. Dohrman Byers will be the Celebrant. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Confidence Cemetery in Georgetown, Ohio.
